Website Terms

About this website

dysyworks. operates this website. The website provides information about our studio, the games, apps and music we are making, and our editorial perspective. These terms relate to browsing this website. Future games, apps or services may have their own terms.

Content and project information

We aim to keep information clear and current, but content may change as our work develops. Descriptions of ideas or design principles are not promises of a release date, feature, compatibility or service availability. A game, app or track is not available unless a page on this website expressly says so.

Journal notes present general product and design perspectives. They do not establish a professional advisory relationship or describe research results unless identified as such.

Respectful use and intellectual property

You may read and link to publicly available pages. Please do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or represent our work as your own. Content, names, characters and visual materials remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Any separately licensed code or materials retain their stated licenses.

External links and communication

External websites are operated by their own providers and may have different terms and privacy practices. Sending an email does not create a contract, employment relationship or service commitment. Any such arrangement requires a separate agreement.

Availability and applicable rights

We may revise content or temporarily interrupt the website for maintenance. Nothing in these website terms is intended to exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional terms concerning a future game, app or service will be provided for that service.

Contact and updates

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@mydysy.com. We will update these terms when the website's operator details, functionality or legal obligations change.
