Scope

This notice describes the website for dysyworks. It does not automatically apply to future games, apps or separately operated services. Those services will provide notices that reflect their own features and data practices.

Information you choose to send

If you email contact@mydysy.com, your email address, message and any information you include are used to read and respond to your inquiry. Please share only what is needed. Messages are handled by the email services used by the studio.

This website does not offer an account, newsletter signup, comment submission or contact form. You do not need to provide information through any of those features to read its pages.

Technical information and cookies

Web delivery can involve technical information such as an IP address, requested page, device or browser information, and access time. Hosting and security providers may process this information to deliver pages, maintain reliability and address abuse.

The site implementation does not include advertising scripts, visitor analytics or third-party video embeds, and it sets no cookies for visitors. The only cookie it uses is a sign-in cookie for the studio's own admin page. Images, illustrations and fonts are served with the site files. On the music page, the list of tracks and films and the files themselves come from the site's own storage; audio is fetched only when you press play. Interface motion respects the system preference for reduced motion.

What your browser keeps

Your browser keeps a few small notes for this site. None of them is sent to us. dysy-intro (session storage) remembers that you have seen the loading screen during this visit, so it does not play again. dysy-calm (local storage) remembers whether you turned on Calm mode. dysy-pets (local storage) counts the pets you have given the sheepdog on the games page. dysy-room (local storage) remembers your listening room on the music page: the background you chose, the music volume, your favourite and recently played tracks and the presets you saved. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Use, retention and service providers

Inquiry information is used to communicate with you and address the issue raised. We retain correspondence while it is needed to handle the inquiry and any related follow-up, or to meet an applicable legal obligation. You may contact us to ask about or request deletion of information you have sent.

Email and website providers may process information in other countries. Contact us if you have questions about the handling of a particular inquiry.

Links to other services

Links to music platforms or other services open those services, which have their own privacy practices.

Advertising and future services

This website does not currently display advertisements or use Google AdSense. Visiting it does not load Google advertising code.

A future game, app or service may use different services. Before advertising or analytics is introduced there, its own privacy notice will explain the providers, information processed, purposes and available choices. Any required consent controls will be provided on that service.

Your questions and requests

You can contact contact@mydysy.com to ask about information you have sent or request correction or deletion. Please describe the request without including more personal information than necessary. The response will depend on applicable law and any information that must be retained.

If this website introduces analytics, advertising or new collection features, this notice will be updated to describe those changes before they are enabled.
